This Craghoppers NosiLife SolarShield+ Long Sleeve Jersey is designed for adult males seeking comfortable, protective outdoor wear. Its key benefit is robust UPF 50+ sun protection combined with quick-drying and easy-care properties, making it ideal for travel and active pursuits. UPF 50+ indicates that the fabric blocks 98% of the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays, providing excellent protection.
NosiLife is an integrated, odorless, and long-lasting insect shield built into the fabric. It works by creating a barrier that deters biting insects.
Yes, the fabric is designed to be breathable and quick-drying, making it suitable for warm conditions. However, its primary function is sun protection, so layering might be necessary in cooler weather.
Recycled polyester is known for its durability and resilience, similar to virgin polyester, making it suitable for active outdoor wear.
The back length for size L is 28 inches.
While the fabric offers sun protection and dries quickly, it is not designed as swimwear and may not perform optimally in chlorinated or saltwater environments over extended periods.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fabric and its protective treatments. Ensure it is clean before long-term storage.
Ensure you are using the correct detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can interfere with the fabric's properties. Tumble dry on low heat as recommended.
The UV reactive print is designed to appear under direct sunlight or UV light sources. It will not be visible in normal indoor lighting.
NosiLife treatment is designed to last the lifetime of the garment with proper care. Excessive heat during washing or drying, or the use of harsh chemicals, may degrade the treatment. Follow care instructions strictly.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No setup is required. Simply ensure it is washed before first use.
Compatibility: Designed for adult males, this jersey offers a regular fit. It is suitable for a wide range of outdoor activities and can be layered under or over other apparel depending on weather conditions.
