No, HeatGear is specifically engineered for warm weather and high-exertion training; for cold weather, look for Under Armour's ColdGear line.
You may use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary, but it is not recommended for regular washing.
The body is made of 84% polyester and 16% elastane, while the mesh panels consist of 92% polyester and 8% elastane.
The item is designed for a slim, compression fit. If you prefer a less restrictive feel, you might consider sizing up, but it is meant to fit close to the skin.
Yes, you can tumble dry, but it must be set to the low heat setting to prevent damage to the elastic fibers.
Ensure you are not using fabric softeners during the wash, as they coat the fibers and degrade performance materials.
Wash immediately after heavy sweating and ensure it is fully dried before storing in a locker or gym bag.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces or heavy zippers on outer layers that may pull the mesh or polyester fabric.
This garment is ready to wear right out of the package. To ensure the longevity of the moisture-wicking and elastic properties, follow these care instructions strictly: machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach if absolutely necessary. Tumble dry on a low setting. Do not iron, do not use fabric softeners, and do not dry clean, as these can break down the performance fibers of the polyester and elastane blend.
