FAQs
What does BR/Supplier size mean on Havaianas?

Are these flip-flops suitable for sports activities?
No, the Havaianas Fantasia flip-flops are designed for casual wear and light activities. They are not suitable for running, hiking, or other strenuous sports that require specialized footwear.
How do I clean my Havaianas flip-flops?
You can clean them by rinsing with water and wiping them with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents.
Can I wear these in the shower?
Yes, the flip-flops are water-resistant and can be worn in wet environments like showers or pools.
What is the sole made of?
The sole is primarily made of rubber (98.5%) with 1.5% silkscreen, offering durability, comfort, and a non-slip surface.
Are these flip-flops good for wide feet?
The fit is generally standard. If you have very wide feet, you may find them snug. Trying them on or checking specific width measurements if available is recommended.
What is the warranty period for Havaianas flip-flops?

Troubleshooting
Sizing seems incorrect.
Havaianas uses BR/Supplier sizing, which is equivalent to EU sizing. Refer to the provided sizing chart or the EU size indicated, not solely the UK size on the sole, for accurate fitting.
Flip-flops feel stiff initially.
New flip-flops may require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially to allow the material to soften and conform to your foot shape.
Slippery when wet.
While designed with a non-slip sole, extreme wet conditions on highly polished surfaces may still reduce grip. Ensure the sole and the surface are free from debris.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Very comfortable for all-day wear.
- Durable construction designed to last.
- Water and heat resistant properties make them versatile.
- Excellent non-slip grip for safety.
- Lightweight feel for easy portability.
Cons
- Sizing can be confusing; rely on BR/Supplier (EU) size.
- Primarily designed for casual use, not athletic activities.
- PVC material may not appeal to all users seeking natural fibers.
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These flip-flops require no setup; they are ready to wear straight out of the packaging.
Compatibility: Designed for adult females. Please refer to the sizing guide as BR/Supplier (EU) sizes are equivalent. For instance, a UK size 6.5 corresponds to a specific EU size. Check the product sole and consult the equivalent chart if unsure.
Care Instructions:
- Rinse with clean water after use, especially after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
