FAQs
How do I determine the correct size for my Havaianas flip-flops?
Havaianas uses Brazilian sizing. You should consider the BR/Supplier size as equivalent to the EU size. Always consult the specific sizing chart provided for the product to match your foot measurement to the correct size.
Are these flip-flops suitable for swimming?
While the flip-flops are water-resistant and can be worn near water, they are not designed for swimming. They are best suited for casual wear and activities around water, not for the act of swimming itself.
Can I wear these flip-flops for a long walk?
These flip-flops are designed for comfort and lightweight wear, making them suitable for casual, short-to-medium duration walks. For very long distances or strenuous walking, footwear with more structured support may be advisable.
What is the sole made of, and why is it beneficial?
The outsole is made of 98.5% rubber and 1.5% silkscreen. This composition makes the sole comfortable, durable, lightweight, heat-resistant, non-slip, and water-resistant.
How should I clean my Havaianas flip-flops?
Clean them with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Rinse with fresh water and allow them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
What is the 'Fantasia' series?
The 'Fantasia' series typically refers to a range of Havaianas flip-flops that may feature unique colors, patterns, or finishes, often designed with a stylish and fashion-forward aesthetic.
Are these flip-flops suitable for men?
The product description specifies 'Gender: Women's Fashion Shoes', indicating these are designed for women.
Troubleshooting
Sizing seems incorrect compared to my usual size.
Havaianas uses Brazilian sizing. Refer to the product's sizing guide which states that the BR/Supplier size is equivalent to the EU size. Compare your foot measurement to the guide to find the correct UK size.
Flip-flops feel slippery on smooth floors.
Ensure the soles and the floor are clean and dry. The non-slip feature is designed to work best on common surfaces, but excessive moisture or residue can reduce grip.
Material feels stiff or uncomfortable initially.
The PVC and rubber materials are designed to become more flexible and comfortable with wear. Try wearing them for short periods initially to allow them to mold to your feet.
Color appears to be fading.
Avoid leaving the flip-flops in direct sunlight for extended periods when not being worn. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Pros and Cons

- Durable construction with PVC and rubber components.
- Excellent grip due to the non-slip sole.

Cons
- Sizing can be confusing due to Brazilian/Supplier size equivalence.
- May not provide significant arch support for those needing it.
- PVC material might be less breathable in very hot weather.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These flip-flops require no setup. Simply take them out of the packaging and wear them.
Sizing Note: When purchasing Havaianas flip-flops, it's important to note that the BR/Supplier size is equivalent to the EU size. Always refer to the sizing chart provided to ensure the best fit, as the size displayed on the product sole may differ from your standard UK or EU size.
Compatibility: These flip-flops are designed for women and are suitable for a wide range of casual activities. They are compatible with general foot anatomy for a comfortable fit.
Care Instructions: To clean your Havaianas flip-flops, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris.
