Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Peregrine 16 GTX, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt using a soft-bristled brush after each run. If the trainers become heavily soiled, wash them by hand using mild, non-detergent soap and cool water.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources like radiators, as these can damage the GORE-TEX membrane and warp the midsole cushioning.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry area. Avoid leaving the shoes in a damp gym bag, as this can encourage mold growth within the lining.
- Compatibility: The shoe is a standard trail trainer profile. If you use custom orthotics, ensure you remove the factory insole first to maintain proper foot volume within the shoe.
