Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Peregrine 16 GTX trainers, it is essential to follow proper care protocols. After muddy excursions, allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature; avoid placing them near heat sources like radiators, as this can degrade the waterproof membrane or damage the midsole foam. Use a soft brush to remove dried mud from the outsole lugs to maintain traction. To maintain the effectiveness of the Gore-Tex liner, periodically clean the interior with a damp cloth to remove salt and debris build-up. Always ensure the laces are secure to prevent heel slippage on steep ascents.
