Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Paint - White - 2.5L

This paint is designed for normal interior walls and ceilings. It is not recommended for high-humidity areas like bathrooms; a specialist moisture-resistant paint would be better suited.

While it is formulated for manual application, it can be sprayed by professionals with the correct equipment, though thinning instructions should be followed strictly.

If you are painting onto new or bare plaster, a mist coat (thinned paint) is essential. For previously painted, sound surfaces, a primer is generally not required.

Drying times can vary by temperature and humidity, but generally it is touch-dry within 1-2 hours and can be recoated after 2-4 hours.

Coverage is approximately 13-17 square meters per liter per coat, depending on the porosity of the surface.

You should allow the paint to fully cure for at least a week before attempting to wipe it. Always use a soft, damp cloth as scrubbing will damage the matt finish.

Ensure you are using a good quality medium-pile roller and maintaining a 'wet edge' while applying to keep the finish uniform.

Usually caused by applying to a dirty or dusty surface; clean the wall thoroughly and ensure all old, loose paint is scraped away before re-applying.

Often occurs when the surface is too porous; apply a thinned mist coat first to seal the surface before applying the full coats.
