Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and flaking paint. Fill any cracks or holes and sand smooth. For previously painted surfaces, a light sanding may be required. If painting over wallpaper, ensure it is securely adhered or remove it entirely.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply with a brush or roller, using smooth, even strokes. Avoid over-spreading. For best results, apply in a well-ventilated area and maintain a consistent application pattern. Apply a second coat if necessary, allowing adequate drying time between coats.
Compatibility: This paint is suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces, including plaster, drywall, and previously painted surfaces. It is recommended to test on an inconspicuous area if applying over existing non-emulsion coatings.
Care: Clean application tools immediately after use with water. Wipe away minor marks or scuffs from the painted surface gently with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing, as this can damage the matt finish.
