Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Paint - Romney Wool - 2.5L

This paint is designed for general interior walls and ceilings. For high-humidity areas like bathrooms or kitchens, we recommend using a specific moisture-resistant or 'Kitchen & Bathroom' branded paint.

Due to its high opacity, two coats are usually sufficient to achieve full coverage on most surfaces, though new or deeply coloured substrates may require a third coat.

It features a flat matt finish, which is not as washable as silk or satin finishes. Use a soft, damp cloth for light spot cleaning and avoid aggressive scrubbing.

Under normal conditions, it is touch-dry in 1-2 hours and ready for a second coat after 2-4 hours.

You can add up to one part clean water to ten parts paint if necessary for spraying or for applying a mist coat on new plaster, but generally, it is ready to use straight from the can.

This is often due to insufficient surface preparation or high suction on new plaster. Ensure the surface is sealed with a primer or mist coat before applying the topcoat.

Ensure you are using a high-quality roller and maintaining a 'wet edge' during application. Do not over-spread the paint; ensure an even, generous coat is applied.
