Product Information

Full details

The Under Armour Play Up Shorts are designed for active adults seeking versatile, comfortable athletic wear. Their key benefit lies in the combination of lightweight, sweat-wicking fabric and a supportive built-in compression short, offering excellent performance during workouts. A potential caveat is the oversized fit, which may not suit everyone's preference. These shorts feature a soft knit outer layer, anti-pill durability, mesh panels for breathability, and convenient side pockets, with a significant portion of recycled polyester in the main fabric.

FAQs

What is the inseam length of these shorts?

The inseam length for these shorts is 3 inches.

Are these shorts suitable for men?

These shorts are specifically designed for women.

What material are the Under Armour Play Up Shorts made of?

The main fabric is primarily polyester, with the majority (at least 90%) being recycled polyester, excluding trims and embellishments. The inner compression shorts are also a knit polyester fabric.

How do I determine the correct size?

Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart available on the product page or brand website. Pay attention to the 'apparel fit type' (Oversized) when choosing your size.

Can I wear these for swimming?

These shorts are designed for athletic performance and casual wear, not for swimming. The fabric and construction are not optimized for water activities.

Do the side pockets have zippers?

No, the product description indicates 'side hand pockets,' which typically do not have zippers.

How durable is the fabric?

The shorts feature an 'anti-pill/anti-pick finish' which adds extra durability and resistance to snagging or forming pills.

Troubleshooting

Shorts feel too large

Consider ordering a size down due to the 'Oversized' fit designation. Check the size chart for specific measurements.

Inner shorts riding up

Ensure the fit is correct. If they continue to ride up, adjust your activity or consider an alternative style with longer or more fitted compression.

Fabric pilling after washing

Follow the care instructions precisely (wash cold, tumble dry low). While the shorts have an anti-pill finish, repeated harsh washing can still affect fabric.
