These Under Armour HeatGear® Shorty 3" Shorts are designed for adult women engaging in high-intensity activities like on-field/on-court competition, gym lifting, and HIIT workouts, especially in warm temperatures. The key benefit is their lightweight, sweat-wicking, and breathable fabric that ensures comfort and performance. A minor caveat is the lack of pockets. Key features include super-light HeatGear® fabric, 4-way stretch, an updated gusset shape, ergonomic flatlock seams for chafe-free wear, and odor control technology.

HeatGear® is Under Armour's original base layer fabric, engineered to keep athletes cool, dry, and light. It's super-light, breathable, and dries fast, making it ideal for workouts in warmer temperatures.
Yes, the lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking fabric, along with the 4-way stretch, makes them suitable for running, especially in warm conditions. However, the 3" inseam is a personal preference for runners.
While the 4-way stretch and chafe-free seams are beneficial, the compression fit and 3" inseam might be more suited for high-impact activities. However, some individuals may find them comfortable for lower-impact flexibility-focused workouts.
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart for women's shorts. Measure your waist and hips and compare them to the chart. The compression fit should be snug but not restrict movement.
It means the fabric can be stretched in four directions – lengthwise and widthwise. This provides superior mobility and allows the shorts to move with your body during any exercise.
The inseam length for these shorty shorts is 3 inches.
Yes, the shorts feature odor control technology designed to minimize odor, helping you feel fresher during and after your workouts.
Ensure you have selected the correct size by referring to the brand's sizing chart. The compression fit is intentional for muscle support, but if it's excessively tight, a larger size may be needed.
While designed to minimize chafing, ensure the seams lie flat against the skin. If the issue persists, consider wearing a seamless base layer underneath or trying a different inseam length if available.
Follow the care instructions precisely, particularly regarding the use of fabric softeners, which can impede moisture-wicking properties. Ensure the shorts are completely dry before storing.
Confirm the correct size is being worn. If the issue persists, try pulling the shorts up firmly to ensure the waistband is seated correctly. Avoid overstretching the waistband during the care process.
Setup: These shorts require no setup; they are ready to wear straight out of the packaging.
Compatibility: Designed for adult women engaging in athletic activities such as on-field/on-court competition, in-gym lifting, HIIT workouts, and general training. They perform best in warm weather conditions.
