Nike Initiator - Grey Pink - UK 7.5

The Nike Initiator is designed for general comfort and light activities like walking or casual wear. While comfortable for short, light jogs, they are not specifically engineered for high-performance activities like marathons or intense training.

Nike shoes generally run true to size for most people. We recommend measuring your foot and consulting Nike's official size guide if you are unsure. If you are between sizes, consider your preferred fit for comfort.

These shoes are not waterproof. While they can handle light splashes, prolonged exposure to wet conditions is not recommended as it can damage the materials and reduce comfort. Air dry thoroughly if they get wet.

The product description highlights a soft interior lining and a foam midsole for cushioning. While specific upper material isn't detailed, the design suggests breathable, flexible materials common in running-inspired footwear. Some variants may include nylon. > Info needed: Specific upper material.

Typically, insoles in this type of athletic-inspired shoe are designed to be removable for cleaning or to accommodate custom orthotics. Gently check if they can be lifted out without force.

The lifespan of any shoe depends heavily on usage, activity level, and care. With regular, gentle use and proper maintenance, you can expect a reasonable lifespan. For optimal cushioning and support, consider replacement when you notice significant wear to the sole or a decrease in cushioning responsiveness.

Ensure you have the correct size. Allow for a short break-in period, as new shoes can sometimes feel stiff. Check sock thickness.

Check if the insole is properly seated within the shoe. Sometimes, a loose insole can cause squeaking. Remove and reinsert. If external, check for small debris trapped in the sole.

Footwear cushioning naturally compresses with extended use. This is normal wear and tear. Consider replacing shoes when cushioning significantly degrades for optimal comfort.

Air out shoes after each use. Remove insoles to allow them to dry fully. Consider using moisture-wicking socks and a shoe deodorizer or odor-absorbing inserts.
