FAQs

Can I use this frame on a tabletop?

This frame is specifically designed as a wall-mounted unit and does not include a kickstand.

What photo size fits in the apertures?

The apertures are designed for standard photo sizes; however, trimming may be required to fit the heart-shaped layout.

Is the frame heavy?

While durable, the frame is substantial. We recommend using heavy-duty wall hardware to ensure it remains securely attached to your wall.

How do I change the photos?

Remove the frame from the wall and access the individual aperture backings on the reverse side to swap your images.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Please check your packaging, as hardware requirements vary based on your specific wall material (drywall, brick, or plaster).

Troubleshooting

The frame is tilted after mounting.

Use a bubble level to ensure both mounting points are horizontally aligned on your wall.

Glass has streaks or fingerprints.

Remove the photos and clean the glass interior with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of window glass cleaner.

Photos slide out of position.

Use small pieces of archival-safe double-sided tape or photo corners to secure your images to the backing card.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, ensure your wall can support the weight of a 58 x 52.5 cm frame. Use appropriate wall anchors or sturdy nails to securely mount the frame, verifying it is level before final placement. For maintenance, keep the frame in pristine condition by dusting it regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can strip the distressed vintage finish. If the glass covers require cleaning, use a specialized glass cleaner applied sparingly to a cloth rather than spraying directly onto the frame.
