The Skechers Go Run Consistent 3 is designed for adult men seeking a high-performance, everyday trainer that emphasizes ease of use and long-term comfort. Its standout feature is the Hands Free Slip-ins technology, which allows for quick, effortless wear without needing to adjust laces, though the fixed lace design means you cannot customize the fit tension manually.

We recommend spot cleaning with a soft brush and mild detergent. Machine washing may damage the specialized heel construction.
No, the Go Run Consistent 3 uses fixed stretch laces designed to maintain a consistent fit without manual adjustment.
It allows you to put on or take off your shoes instantly without bending over, making them ideal for convenience and accessibility.
They are designed for performance running and daily fitness, though individual needs for arch support and stability vary.
It provides high-rebound cushioning while allowing air circulation to keep your feet cool during physical activity.
This specific model follows a standard adult male fit. The stretch laces provide some flexibility, but they are not specifically labeled as a wide-width product.
Ensure the heel collar is fully extended. If it feels tight, pull the heel loop tab gently while stepping in to help the heel pillow guide your foot.
Check that the shoe is the correct size. If slippage persists, ensure that the heel area is not obstructed by your sock thickness.
Because these are slip-in trainers, there is no assembly required; simply step into the shoe to activate the Heel Pillow hold. To maintain your shoes, spot clean the athletic mesh upper using a soft brush and mild soap. Avoid putting these trainers in a washing machine, as the heat and agitation can degrade the structural integrity of the hotmelt overlays and the performance cushioning. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the elasticity of the stretch laces and the shape of the heel collar.
