The Skechers Go Run Consistent 3 Trainers are designed for adult men who prioritize convenience and comfort during their daily workouts or active commutes. Featuring the innovative Hands Free Slip-ins technology, these trainers allow for quick entry without the need to bend down, providing excellent ease of use. While these shoes excel in comfort and convenience, users should note that the fixed stretch laces mean the fit is not manually adjustable, so ensure proper sizing before purchase.

While the materials are durable, it is recommended to spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap to preserve the structural integrity of the Heel Pillow and mesh.
These shoes feature fixed stretch laces designed for the slip-in function and are not meant to be removed or replaced with traditional laces.
The stretch material in the upper offers some flexibility, but they are designed to a standard athletic profile.
The Goga Mat insole is generally integrated to provide optimal stability, and we recommend keeping it in place for the intended performance feel.
These trainers are best suited for indoor gym floors, treadmills, and flat paved surfaces.
Ensure the heel is fully seated in the Heel Pillow cup upon entry and that the shoe size matches your foot measurements exactly.
Remove the insole if possible to allow it to air dry fully, or place the shoes in a well-ventilated area to let the Air-Cooled technology dissipate moisture.
These trainers are designed for immediate wear right out of the box; there is no break-in period required for the heel mechanism. To maintain the life of your trainers, avoid placing them in a high-heat drying machine. Instead, clean the athletic mesh upper using a soft cloth with mild detergent and allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight. Ensure you select your standard UK shoe size for the best fit, as the stretch laces are fixed in place.
