The Skechers GO RUN Consistent 3 Trainers are designed for active adults who prioritize convenience and cushioning in their daily workout routine. Featuring the signature Hands Free Slip-ins technology, these trainers allow for effortless entry, making them an excellent choice for fitness enthusiasts on the go. While they offer superior comfort and ease of use, they are specifically performance-oriented, meaning they are best suited for consistent training sessions rather than extreme high-intensity technical sports.

No, the GO RUN Consistent 3 features fixed stretch laces designed for a hands-free slip-in experience.
These are designed for consistent training and daily workouts; while comfortable, they may lack the specific stability required for long-distance marathon racing.
Spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the best way to maintain the material integrity.
Yes, they feature an athletic mesh upper and an Air-Cooled Goga Mat insole for optimal airflow.
The Heel Pillow is designed to keep your foot securely in place within the shoe, providing comfort and stability while walking or running.
The stretch laces and flexible mesh upper provide a accommodating fit, but it is always best to try them on to ensure the arch support works for your foot type.
Ensure your sock choice isn't too slippery, or consider if the shoe size is slightly too large for your specific foot shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt before using a damp cloth with mild detergent for a deeper clean.
To get the most out of your Skechers GO RUN Consistent 3, ensure you are wearing the correct size, as the heel mechanism relies on a snug fit to keep your foot in place. Since the laces are fixed, they do not require tying; avoid modifying them, as this may disrupt the intended structure of the slip-in design.
For care, it is recommended to spot-clean the athletic mesh with mild soap and water. If they become heavily soiled, wipe the midsole clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using high-heat tumble dryers, as this can degrade the foam integrity of the Goga Mat insole and the adhesive of the hotmelt overlays.
