The Saucony Guide 19 is a premium daily trainer designed for adult runners who require a blend of maximum cushioning and reliable stability during their road runs. It excels at delivering a smooth, responsive ride through its advanced foam technology, though runners seeking a minimalist feel may find the 35 mm heel stack height more substantial than they prefer.

The Guide 19 is primarily optimized for asphalt and road surfaces; the outsole is not designed for the technical grip required on loose trail terrain.
The Saucony Guide 19 features a 6 mm heel-to-toe drop.
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes. Clean them by hand using a damp cloth and mild soap.
The Centerpath technology is designed to provide guided stability, which can be beneficial for those who need extra support for their arches.
Typically, these trainers will provide optimal cushioning for 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Try using the 'runner's loop' or 'lock lacing' technique with the top eyelets to secure the heel.
Adjust the lacing tension through the midfoot to allow the adaptive mesh more room to expand.
Allow the mud to dry completely, then use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris.
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Guide 19 trainers, proper maintenance is essential. Always untie the laces before removing the shoes to prevent unnecessary stretching of the adaptive mesh upper. If the shoes become wet, remove the insoles and stuff the interior with newspaper to draw out moisture; avoid placing them directly near heat sources, as this can degrade the foam integrity. The trainers are compatible with standard aftermarket orthotics if additional arch support is needed. Inspect the outsole regularly for signs of excessive wear, particularly if you run exclusively on harsh abrasive surfaces.
