Yes, they generally fit true to standard UK sizing for adults, though the leather will expand slightly over time.
Most users find them comfortable for daily tasks, but the heel height should be considered if you are standing or walking for exceptionally long periods.
Clean with a damp cloth and apply a quality leather conditioner or polish every few weeks.
The leather is durable, but it is recommended to apply a water-repellent spray specifically designed for leather to improve moisture resistance.
While both offer high-quality leather and distinctive style, they vary in specific sole construction and heel geometry; the Spence series features the signature Ardern sole.
Wear them with thick socks around the house for short durations to gently stretch the leather.
Clear any debris from the zipper teeth and apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or a candle wax rub to the track.
Apply a matching black leather polish to buff out minor scuffs and restore the uniform finish.
To ensure your boots last for years, start by wearing them for short periods to allow the leather to stretch and soften naturally. Use a shoe horn to prevent damage to the heel counter during insertion. For care, wipe away dirt regularly with a damp cloth. To maintain the luster of the leather, apply a high-quality leather conditioner or black polish periodically, and avoid excessive heat exposure which can cause the leather to dry out or crack. The side zip should be kept clear of grit or debris to ensure smooth operation.
