The Saucony Triumph 24 is designed for runners seeking maximum comfort and cushioning for high-mileage training sessions. By incorporating the innovative incrediLUX foam, this shoe provides a plush and lightweight feel that minimizes fatigue during long runs; however, its emphasis on soft cushioning may not be ideal for runners who prefer a firm, high-ground-feel racing shoe.

Yes, it is specifically engineered for high-mileage training and is a popular choice for marathon preparation due to its long-lasting cushioning.
The standard version is a regular width, which accommodates most foot shapes comfortably due to the flexible mesh upper.
Typically, the Triumph 24 will maintain its performance cushioning for approximately 400 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and biomechanics.
Yes, the factory-installed insole is removable, allowing you to insert your own custom orthotics.
You should aim for about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural foot swelling during long runs.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a 'window lacing' or 'parallel lacing' style to relieve pressure while maintaining a secure fit.
This may indicate a supination pattern; consider checking the wear against your previous footwear and consult a professional running shoe fitter if discomfort persists.
To ensure your Triumph 24 lasts, begin by performing a gradual "break-in" period over your first three runs to allow the foam to adapt to your foot strike. These trainers are designed for neutral runners; if you require specific arch support or orthotics, remove the existing factory insole to ensure a proper fit. For maintenance, clean the exterior mesh with a soft brush and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals. Never machine wash or machine dry the shoes, as excessive heat can degrade the cushioning properties of the incrediLUX foam. Always air dry in a cool, shaded area.
