The adidas Climacool Low Shoes are designed for adults seeking a perfect blend of modern style and high-performance ventilation for daily wear. These shoes provide a superior, foot-hugging comfort through integrated CLIMACOOL technology, making them an ideal choice for casual city exploration and active walking. While they excel in breathability and comfort, potential users should note that the synthetic upper construction is best suited for dry weather conditions rather than heavy-duty outdoor environments.

FAQs
Are these shoes water-resistant?
No, the Climacool design prioritizes ventilation and breathability, meaning they will allow water to pass through the mesh upper.
Can I use these for long-distance running?
While comfortable, they are intended primarily for casual use and walking; they lack the specific support features required for long-distance running.
What is the best way to clean the white colourway?
Use a specialized synthetic shoe cleaner and a soft cloth to spot-clean, keeping them bright without damaging the fabric.
Do they run true to size?
Yes, they feature a regular fit that accommodates standard adult sizing, providing a secure, foot-hugging sensation.
Can I replace the insoles?
The inner construction is designed for a specific fit; if you choose to use custom orthotics, ensure they do not obstruct the primary ventilation channels.
Troubleshooting
Inner lining feels slightly loose after repeated use
Re-tighten the lace eyelets starting from the bottom to ensure consistent tension across the midfoot.
Accumulation of dust in the ventilation ports
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris from the open mesh areas.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Climacool shoes remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Initial Setup: Loosen the laces entirely before your first wear to ensure the synthetic upper adjusts to your foot shape naturally.
- Compatibility: These trainers are designed for casual daily wear and walking; they are not intended for high-intensity sports or heavy trail running.
- Cleaning: Wipe the synthetic upper with a soft, damp cloth. Do not machine wash, as the heat and agitation can degrade the ventilation materials. Allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated room, away from direct sunlight or high-heat sources like radiators.
