This means the earbuds can automatically switch between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound modes as you move.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the earbuds and charging case. For ear tips, remove them and clean with a mild soap solution if needed, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching. Never use liquids directly on the earbud's speaker mesh or charging contacts.
Ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Place the earbuds back into the case, close it, then open it again to reactivate them. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure Bluetooth is on and 'WF-C700N' is selected. If issues persist, try restarting your device.
Ensure you have selected the correct ear tip size for a snug fit. A proper seal is crucial for effective noise cancellation. Also, check the settings in the Sony Headphones Connect app to confirm Noise Cancelling is activated and adjusted to your preference.
Move closer to your connected device to reduce potential interference. Avoid placing your device in pockets that might block the signal. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth settings. Ensure there are no major obstacles between the earbuds and your device.
Verify that the charging case itself has power. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab to remove any dirt or debris that might be preventing contact. Ensure the earbuds are seated correctly in the case.
Open the Sony Headphones Connect app and ensure that 'Adaptive Sound Control' is enabled. You may need to review the settings for 'Learning' or 'Register locations' to customize its behavior to your specific activities and frequented places.
