Saucony - Endorphin Azura Trainers - Size UK 6.5

SpeedRoll technology is designed to make your stride feel smoother and more efficient by promoting a forward-rolling sensation, helping you transition quicker from landing to toe-off.

While they offer excellent cushioning for daily miles and can handle faster paces, they are categorized as a daily trainer and do not feature a carbon plate. For maximum efficiency in long-distance racing, you might consider Saucony's plated options, but the Endorphin Azura can certainly be used for marathon training and even racing if you prefer a non-plated feel.

PWRRUN PB foam is one of Saucony's lightest and most resilient foams, offering a high level of bounce and energy return, combined with significant cushioning.

The Endorphin Azura is primarily designed for road running. While the XT-900 outsole provides decent grip, it's not optimized for technical trail surfaces. They may handle very light, well-groomed trails but are best suited for pavement and track.

Refer to Saucony's official sizing chart and measure your foot. Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe when standing. The adaptive fit should provide a snug feel without being constricting.

Like most running shoes, the Endorphin Azura is typically expected to last between 300 to 500 miles (approximately 500 to 800 kilometers), depending on running style, terrain, and frequency of use. Pay attention to the cushioning and outsole wear as indicators for replacement.

Ensure the laces are tied correctly, not too tight or too loose. Try different lacing techniques. If the issue persists, the shoe size or shape may not be ideal for your foot.

The PWRRUN PB foam may naturally compress with extensive use. Consider replacing the shoes after 300-500 miles, or when cushioning feels significantly diminished.

The XT-900 rubber offers good grip, but wet surfaces always present a challenge. Run with caution and be mindful of your footing on slick pavement or other wet conditions.
