The magnetic array is designed to be safe for your device's internal components while providing optimal functionality for accessories.

Will this case protect the screen if I drop it?

The case provides edge protection, but it is not a heavy-duty impact case and is primarily designed to prevent surface scratches.

Can I use wired chargers with this case?

Yes, the case features precise cutouts that provide full access to the USB-C charging port.

Does the case affect the hinge mechanism?

No, the design is engineered to avoid restricting the smooth folding and unfolding of the Galaxy Z Fold8 hinge.

Troubleshooting

Wireless charging is slow or not starting

Ensure the phone is centered on the charging pad to allow the internal magnets to lock into the optimal position.

The case feels slippery

Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth to remove skin oils or dust that may accumulate over time.

Magnetic accessories are not sticking firmly

Ensure the accessory is compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold8 magnetic standard and that no debris is stuck between the case and the accessory.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install the case, align the top edge of the Galaxy Z Fold8 with the corresponding opening in the case and gently press the bottom corners into place. The case is specifically designed for the Galaxy Z Fold8 and is not cross-compatible with previous foldable generations due to hinge and camera layout changes. To clean the case, wipe the exterior with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of water or isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could degrade the smooth finish of the material.
