Troubleshooting

Magnetic accessories are not staying attached

Pros and Cons

Pros

Slim and lightweight construction
Soft-touch material improves grip
Built-in magnets enable easy accessory attachment
Precise cutouts for all ports and controls
Easy to snap on and remove

Cons

Not intended for heavy-duty drop protection
Silicone material can attract lint and dust
Compatible only with the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
Does not provide full coverage for the outer screen hinge

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, simply align the top portion of your phone with the corresponding cutouts in the case and gently press the edges until the device clicks into place. The case is strictly designed for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and will not fit other models.

To clean, remove the case from the phone and wipe it down with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Because silicone is a porous material, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners which can degrade the finish. If the case collects lint, a simple rinse with water and air drying is typically sufficient to restore its original appearance.
