FAQs

Is this case compatible with non-magnetic chargers?

Does this case protect the screen?

The case covers the back and sides of the device; it is recommended to pair this with a screen protector for full device coverage.

Can I use this case with a grip or wallet attachment?

Yes, the built-in magnets allow you to snap on a range of compatible magnetic accessories like wallets or grips.

Does the case interfere with the fold?

No, the case is engineered to allow the Galaxy Z Fold8 to open and close smoothly without obstruction.

Will the case turn yellow over time?

The silicone material is durable, but avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh conditions to maintain its original color finish.

Troubleshooting

Wireless charging is not initiating

Ensure the device is centered correctly; if it still fails, check that the magnetic accessory is properly aligned with the case magnets.

Ensure you have removed all cleaning residue with a dry, clean cloth and allowed it to air dry completely.

Lint or dust stuck to the surface

Use a piece of adhesive tape to gently lift lint off the silicone surface or wipe with a barely damp microfiber cloth.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install the case, start by aligning the bottom of the Galaxy Z Fold8 with the bottom of the case and gently pressing the device into the shell until it clicks securely into place. This case is exclusively compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8; do not attempt to use it on older folding models due to different dimensions and camera layouts. To maintain the appearance of your case, wipe it down periodically with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the soft-touch coating over time.
