The Regatta Vallina Insulated Jacket is an excellent choice for active kids who need reliable protection during the colder months, whether for school commutes, hiking, or general outdoor play. Featuring premium ISOTEX 15000 waterproof fabric and WARMLOFT insulation, it balances heavy-duty weather resistance with essential warmth, though the added layers of insulation mean it may feel slightly bulky for indoor use.

Yes, it is constructed with ISOTEX 15000 fabric, which is highly waterproof and seam-sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
No, the hood is integrated into the design to ensure a continuous seal against wind and rain.
Yes, it can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, but you should avoid fabric softeners to protect the waterproof technical coating.
Yes, the jacket includes two lower pockets suitable for holding gloves, snacks, or small treasures.
Thanks to the WARMLOFT insulation and sherpa-lined hood, it is well-suited for cold winter weather, especially when paired with a base layer.
The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating may have worn off. Wash the jacket and re-apply a DWR spray treatment to restore water repellency.
Ensure the child is not overdressed underneath; while the jacket is breathable, layering too much clothing can trap sweat.
Check for debris or dirt inside the cord lock and clean it with a damp cloth; ensure the cord is not twisted inside the hem.
To ensure the longevity of your Regatta Vallina jacket, it is essential to follow proper care instructions. Always check the internal care label before cleaning. Generally, the jacket should be machine-washed on a cool, gentle cycle with a mild detergent—avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the waterproof finish of the ISOTEX fabric.
After washing, hang the jacket to air dry rather than using a high-heat tumble dryer. If you notice water beads no longer forming on the surface (the DWR treatment wearing off), consider applying a specialized technical fabric water-repellent spray. Store the jacket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
