The Asics GT-2160 trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of early 2010s aesthetic and modern comfort for daily wear. These trainers provide an excellent balance of structural support and cushioned impact protection through their signature GEL technology; however, users should note that these are optimized for lifestyle use rather than intensive long-distance professional running.

While inspired by classic running shoes, this model is designed primarily for lifestyle and daily wear.
GEL technology is a proprietary cushioning system that reduces impact forces on the heel and forefoot.
The GT-2160 fits true to standard adult UK sizing; compare your current footwear measurements to ensure an accurate fit.
No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity and the GEL inserts. Stick to manual spot cleaning.
The upper uses a structured build designed for durability, often featuring a blend of synthetic and textile materials for stability.
Use shoe trees when not wearing to maintain the structural integrity and smooth out natural flex points.
The structure requires a short 'break-in' period; wear them for shorter intervals over 3-4 days to allow the foam to conform to your gait.
To ensure your Asics GT-2160 trainers last, keep them away from excessive moisture and extreme heat, which can degrade the midsole adhesive. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust. If the shoes become soiled, wipe the exterior gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight. When sizing, ensure you account for socks; the UK 10 size is a standard adult fit, but individuals with wider feet may find the structured design fits more snugly than mesh-only trainers.
