Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Converse Lift trainers last, proper care is essential. When you first receive them, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension to allow for easy entry and exit. As these are leather shoes, they benefit from occasional cleaning with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt and scuffs. Avoid machine washing, as the heat and agitation can damage the leather and the adhesive bonding the platform sole. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the leather to crack over time. Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain the suppleness of the upper material.
