Converse typically runs slightly large compared to other sneaker brands; consider trying your standard size, but many find they have a bit of extra room.
No, you should never machine wash leather trainers as the water and heat can damage the leather and the adhesive on the sole.
The platform sole provides a heel height of approximately 4cm or 1.5 inches.
Yes, the uppers are made from 100% leather.
They are suitable for casual winter wear in dry conditions, but they are not insulated for extreme cold or waterproof for deep snow.
Use a leather conditioner or a mild cream polish that matches the black colour to buff out light scuffs.
This is normal for the platform rubber; wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow the rubber to flex and soften.
Ensure you are using a secure double knot or ensure the eyelets are fully tightened before tying to prevent loosening.
To ensure your Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Clean Hi trainers last, follow these maintenance tips. Since they feature a smooth leather finish, wipe them down regularly with a damp, soft cloth to remove dirt and dust. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the finish from the leather. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the leather from cracking. If the laces become worn, they are standard length and easily replaced with any high-top sneaker lace.
