Troubleshooting
Desk wobbles or feels unstable
Ensure all screws and fittings are tightened securely. Check that the desk is placed on a level surface. If the wobble persists, re-check the assembly steps to ensure all parts are correctly aligned.
Drawers or keyboard shelf stick or do not slide smoothly
Verify that no obstructions are present in the drawer runners or shelf guides. Ensure the desk is on a level surface, as an uneven base can cause misalignment. Lightly lubricate the runners with a silicone-based spray if necessary, following manufacturer guidelines.
Melamine finish is scratched or damaged
Minor scratches can sometimes be concealed with a furniture repair pen or wax matching the desk's color. For deeper damage, consult a professional furniture repair service. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials in the future.
Missing or damaged parts during delivery
Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with your order details and a description or photos of the missing/damaged parts. They will be able to arrange for replacements.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Otley 3 Drawer Computer Desk is designed for easy assembly. Follow the provided step-by-step instructions carefully. Ensure all parts are accounted for before beginning. Assembly is best performed on a soft surface like a rug or the packaging material to prevent scratching the finish.
Compatibility: This desk is designed as a standalone workstation. It is compatible with standard desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and office accessories. The keyboard shelf dimensions should be checked against your keyboard's size for optimal fit. Ensure your monitor's stand or any other items placed on the raised top board do not exceed its weight capacity or stability.
Care: Maintaining the desk's pristine condition is simple due to its melamine finish. For regular cleaning, wipe down all surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the melamine coating. For spills, wipe them immediately with a dry or slightly damp cloth to prevent staining or absorption. Ensure that water is not left to stand on the surface for extended periods.
