Troubleshooting

Desk drawers are sticking or difficult to open/close.

Ensure the drawer runners are correctly aligned and free of debris. Check that no screws are protruding into the drawer path. Lightly lubricate the runners if necessary.

Keyboard shelf does not slide smoothly.

Verify the shelf is correctly seated on its runners and that nothing is obstructing its path. Ensure the desk is on a level surface.

Missing hardware or parts during assembly.

Double-check the packaging and all protective materials. Contact customer support with the specific part number from the manual for replacements.

Surface shows minor scratches.

For very light scratches on the melamine finish, a melamine repair pen or a colored wax filler might be used. For deeper scratches, professional repair or a desk mat is recommended.
