Apple AirPods Max - Green

You charge your AirPods Max using the included Lightning to USB-C cable. Plug the Lightning connector into the port on the bottom of the right ear cup and the USB-C end into a compatible power adapter (not included) or USB-C port.

Yes, AirPods Max can function as standard Bluetooth headphones with Android phones, Windows PCs, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. However, advanced features like Spatial Audio, automatic device switching, and seamless Siri integration will only be available when paired with Apple devices.

Yes, the ear cushions are magnetically attached and can be easily removed and reattached. Replacement ear cushions can be purchased separately.

The Smart Case is designed to put your AirPods Max into an ultra-low-power state when stored inside, which significantly preserves battery charge over time. It offers some protection but primarily functions for battery management.

You can switch between these modes by pressing the noise control button located on the right ear cup. You can also control these modes from your connected Apple device's Control Center (swipe down from the top right for iPhone/iPad) or via Bluetooth settings.

No, AirPods Max do not have a traditional 'off' button. They enter a low-power state automatically when removed from your head and an ultra-low-power state when placed inside the Smart Case.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. For Apple devices, try restarting your device and holding the AirPods Max close to it again. For non-Apple devices, put AirPods Max into pairing mode by holding the noise control button until the status light flashes white, then re-scan on your device. If issues persist, try resetting your AirPods Max by holding both the Digital Crown and noise control button for 15 seconds until the status light flashes amber, then white.

Check that the ear cushions are properly seated and sealed around your ears. Ensure no hair or accessories are breaking the seal. Also, ensure the ANC mode is activated (switch between ANC and Transparency Mode using the noise control button). Clean any debris from the mesh on the ear cups, as blockages can impact performance.

Always place your AirPods Max in the Smart Case when not actively using them. This puts them into an ultra-low-power state. If left outside the case, they remain in a lower power state for a few hours before entering an even lower power state, which still consumes more battery than the Smart Case.

Ensure the ear cushions are clean and properly attached, as a poor seal can affect audio. Reset your AirPods Max. Also, check your device's audio settings to ensure no equalizers or sound enhancements are causing issues. Try playing audio from a different source to rule out content-specific problems.
