Troubleshooting

Headphones won't turn on

Ensure the headphones are charged. If they are charged, try resetting the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Poor sound quality

Check the Bluetooth connection and ensure the headphones are properly seated on your ears. Also, try adjusting the equalizer settings on your device.

ANC not working effectively

Make sure the headphones are fitted correctly over your ears. The ANC works best with a tight seal. Also, make sure that you are not in a particularly noisy environment that can overwhelm the ANC.

Cannot connect to Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and that the headphones are not connected to another device. Also, try restarting both devices.
