'MG' stands for Multi-Ground, meaning these boots are designed to perform effectively on both artificial grass (AG) and firm ground (FG) natural grass pitches.
No, these boots are specifically designed for artificial grass and firm ground. Using them on soft ground (SG) or indoor (IC) surfaces is not recommended as it can compromise performance, traction, and the durability of the boots.
The Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Academy MG features a leather upper, which provides a comfortable fit and an enhanced touch on the ball.
After each use, wipe off mud with a damp cloth and soft brush. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Periodically, you can use a leather conditioner to keep the material supple. Avoid harsh chemicals.
The 'Academy' designation indicates that this boot is part of Nike's performance tier designed for aspiring and amateur players. It offers a great balance of comfort, durability, and key performance features at a accessible price point, without all the top-tier technologies found in 'Elite' models.
Always try on boots with the type of football socks you'll be wearing. Lace them up securely, ensuring a snug fit without excessive pressure points. The leather upper will naturally stretch and mold to your foot over the first few wears for a customized feel.
Ensure you are wearing appropriate football socks. Adjust the lacing to find a comfortable yet secure fit. The leather upper will also mold to your foot over a few wears.
Verify that you are playing on the correct surface type (artificial grass or firm ground). If playing on a compatible surface, ensure the studs are clean and free from excessive mud or debris. If the issue persists, inspect the soleplate for any signs of wear or damage.
Clean your boots immediately after each use with a damp cloth and soft brush to prevent dirt buildup. Regular cleaning not only maintains appearance but also extends the lifespan of the material.
