FAQs

Are these shorts suitable for swimming?

These shorts are designed for soccer and gym training; the material is not specifically treated for chlorine resistance.

Do the pockets have zippers?

Yes, the side pockets are equipped with zippers to keep your items secure during movement.

How should I wash them to keep the fabric performing well?

Wash in cold water with similar colors and skip the fabric softener to protect the moisture-wicking technology.

Is the material stretchy?

Yes, the lightweight polyester construction is designed for flexibility and full range of motion.

What does the adjustable drawcord do?

The drawcord allows you to tighten the elastic waistband for a more secure and personalized fit.

Are these officially licensed products?

Yes, these are authentic Nike FC Barcelona performance gear featuring club branding.

Troubleshooting

Drawcord is stuck or pulled inside the waistband

Use a small safety pin to gently fish the drawcord end back through the eyelet.

Fabric feels damp after long sessions

Ensure you are wearing the shorts as a base layer or directly on the skin; fabric softeners can degrade moisture-wicking effectiveness.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent sweat-wicking properties for warm-weather play
Lightweight feel promotes natural movement
Secure storage with zippered side pockets
Adjustable waistband provides a reliable, custom fit

Cons

Performance fit may feel restrictive for those preferring baggy shorts
Limited to athletic-style use rather than casual lifestyle wear
Specific branding may limit versatility for non-fans

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Nike FC Barcelona Strike Shorts, machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can interfere with the sweat-wicking properties of the Dri-FIT fabric. For the best results, allow them to air dry or use a low-heat tumble setting. The shorts are designed to be true to size for a professional athletic fit; if you prefer a looser feel for off-pitch lounging, consider the specific sizing provided in the product guide.
