The Nike Air Rift is designed for adult women who seek a unique blend of unconventional style and ergonomic performance. Inspired by Kenyan long-distance runners, these trainers offer a distinctive split-toe design that promotes a natural, barefoot-like feel while providing essential everyday support. While the bold, avant-garde aesthetic is perfect for casual wear, new users should be aware that the unique toe-separating construction may require an adjustment period for comfort.

Standard socks with a closed toe are not compatible with the split-toe design. You will need to wear them barefoot or with tabi-style socks designed for split-toe shoes.
While inspired by long-distance runners, the modern Air Rift is primarily designed for casual wear and daily activity rather than high-performance marathon running.
Use a soft-bristled brush or damp cloth with mild detergent to gently scrub the surface. Always air dry in a cool, shaded area.
The Nike Air Rift generally fits true to size for adult women, but because of the split-toe construction, it is recommended to ensure your heel is properly secured by the strap.
Most users find them comfortable once adjusted, though there is a brief break-in period required to get used to the sensation of the fabric between the toes.
Ensure you are using tabi-style socks or verify the fit is not too loose, which allows the foot to slide excessively.
Adjust the mid-foot and heel straps to ensure a tighter, more secure lockdown of the foot.
Spot clean immediately using a soft brush and gentle cleaning solution; do not use harsh bleaches.
To achieve the best fit, ensure the velcro straps are adjusted firmly to lock your heel into the footbed. Regarding compatibility, the split-toe design requires either specialized 'tabi' socks or wearing them without socks to ensure comfort. For care, keep these trainers clean by wiping them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the adhesives and structural components of the upper. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources or intense sunlight to maintain the integrity of the beige fabric.
