While the leather offers natural water resistance, they are not classified as fully waterproof boots and should not be submerged in water.
They are suitable for light snow and cold weather thanks to the PrimaLoft insulation, but they are not intended for deep, slushy, or extreme alpine conditions.
Use a soft brush and mild soapy water to spot clean the interior lining if needed, ensuring it is allowed to air dry completely.
Yes, you can replace the factory laces with any standard length boot lace if they become worn or if you prefer a different color.
Yes, natural leather will slightly mold to the shape of your foot with consistent wear, providing a more custom fit.
Leather requires a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations indoors to soften the material.
Gently clean with a leather-specific cleaner and apply a conditioner to restore the natural oils.
Remove the OrthoLite footbed and wash it gently by hand, or replace it if it has been compressed significantly.
When you first receive your boots, ensure you verify the fit while wearing the socks you intend to use daily. To maximize the lifespan of the leather, treat them with a leather protector spray before your first wear to guard against water and dirt. After use, allow the boots to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the leather to crack. Regularly clean the outsole using a soft brush to remove debris, and wipe the leather upper with a damp cloth to maintain its finish. If the footbed begins to lose its bounce after extended use, it is designed to be easily removed or replaced with an aftermarket insert.
