Yes, their stable platform and durable grip make them excellent for general gym training and cardio workouts.
No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability and will allow water to pass through in wet conditions.
Use a stiff brush to remove pebbles and debris from the treads, then wipe with a damp cloth.
They generally follow standard athletic sizing. It is recommended to have a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
Adjust the laces using a 'runner's loop' or heel-lock lacing technique to increase tension around the ankle.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaner or a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the fabric, then air dry away from direct sunlight.
To ensure the best experience, always wear the shoes with appropriate moisture-wicking athletic socks to prevent friction. When sizing, please be aware that the manufacturer box may reflect international sizing (US/Euro) which differs from UK standards; verify your fit before removing tags. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and wipe the mesh upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or using high-heat drying, as these methods can degrade the foam cushioning and adhesives.
