The adidas Duramo SL 2 Running Trainers are designed for adult runners looking for a reliable, entry-level shoe that transitions smoothly from daily training to 10k races. These trainers prioritize comfort through a lightweight mesh construction and signature cushioning, though the standard regular fit may require those with wider feet to test for comfort before committing to long distances.

Yes, the stable cushioning makes them appropriate for moderate gym use and cardio classes.
Try the shoes on in the afternoon when your feet are at their largest, and ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
No, the engineered mesh is designed for breathability, meaning moisture can pass through the material.
Yes, the insoles are typically removable if you need to insert custom orthotics.
Adjust the lacing system to a 'runner's loop' or loosen the laces across the bridge of the foot to allow for more volume.
Check your running gait to see if you have excessive heel striking or pronation, which can accelerate wear on specific zones of the Adiwear rubber.
To ensure the best experience, always try the trainers on with the specific socks you intend to use for running. Note that the sizing on the box or internal label may reference US or EU measurements that differ from UK sizes, so confirm your UK size 6 fit before removing tags. To clean, wipe the synthetic/textile upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the structural integrity of the mesh and the adhesive bonding of the outsole. Air dry in a shaded area away from direct heat sources.
