Troubleshooting
Shelf is wobbly after installation
Ensure all mounting screws are fully tightened into the wall. Check that wall anchors (plugs) are securely seated in the wall and appropriate for your wall type.
Finish appears scratched or damaged
Inspect the area carefully. For minor scuffs, try cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials. If damage is significant, consider if touch-up paint is available from the manufacturer or if a replacement shelf is needed.
Difficulty aligning multiple PLI units
Ensure all units are the same length or designed to be combined. Check the mounting points on the wall are precisely spaced according to the combined unit's requirements. Use a spirit level to ensure the wall-mounted brackets are perfectly aligned before attaching the shelves.
