Troubleshooting
Shelf is wobbly after installation
Ensure all mounting screws are securely tightened into the wall and into the shelf brackets. Verify that the wall fixings used are appropriate for the wall material and load.
Surface appears scratched or damaged
Inspect the scratch. Minor surface marks on the lacquer may be gently buffed with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper scratches, contact customer support regarding repair or refinishing options.
Shelf does not seem level
Loosen the mounting screws slightly, adjust the shelf until it is level, and then re-tighten the screws securely. Ensure the wall mounting points are also level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Installation of the PLI Steel Wall Shelf requires appropriate wall fixings suitable for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors, masonry plugs). Ensure the shelf is mounted level. Recommended fixings are not included, as wall types vary.
Compatibility: The PLI system is designed to be modular. This shelf can be used independently or combined with other TIPTOE PLI shelving components to create larger configurations. It is suitable for use in living rooms, hallways, studies, kitchens, or any area requiring organized display.
