FAQs
Are these sandals waterproof?
Yes, the materials are water-resistant and suitable for use at the pool or beach.
Can I machine wash these?
It is not recommended to machine wash them as the heat and agitation may damage the adhesives; hand washing is preferred.
Do these sandals provide arch support?
The soft foam sole provides basic cushioning, though it is not designed as an orthotic or heavy arch-support sandal.
What should I do if the gold finish fades?
While the finish is durable, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges when cleaning to maintain the metallic aesthetic.
How do I determine the correct size?
These sandals follow standard UK sizing; if you are between sizes, it is recommended to size up for maximum comfort.
Troubleshooting
Strap feels tight against the heel
Gently stretch the elastic back strap by hand or wear the sandals for short intervals to allow the material to relax.
Sandals are slippery when new
The outsole texture is designed to wear in slightly; walking on a rough surface like a sidewalk for a few minutes will help optimize grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your sandals provide the best fit, ensure the elastic back strap is positioned comfortably against your heel without excessive tension. The sizing follows standard UK measurements, so choose your typical size for the best results.
Care Instructions:
- Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine to preserve the material.
- Allow to air dry in a shaded area; avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent potential fading.
- Clean the straps using a soft cloth and mild soap if they become soiled.
- Store in a cool, dry place to prevent the foam sole from becoming misshapen.
