FAQs

Are these sandals waterproof?

Yes, they are designed to handle damp environments and water exposure, making them suitable for poolside use.

Can I wear these for long walks?

The soft foam sole provides good cushioning for urban walking and casual outings, though they are not intended as athletic or hiking footwear.

Does the elastic strap stretch out over time?

They are constructed from durable materials meant to retain their elasticity, but like all footwear, some minor wear is natural over extended periods of heavy use.

How do I determine if this size fits?

This model corresponds to standard UK sizing. Ensure your heel and toes sit comfortably within the footbed borders.

Are these suitable for people with wide feet?

The slim, tubular straps and elastic back are designed for a snug, adaptable fit, which generally accommodates various foot shapes well.

Troubleshooting

Straps feel too tight or loose

The elastic back strap is designed to adapt to your foot; ensure it is positioned correctly on the heel to distribute tension evenly.

Footbed becomes slippery when wet

While the outsole is non-slip, the footbed can become slick after heavy water exposure. Wipe the surface with a dry towel to regain traction.

Accumulated dirt on straps

Gently hand-wash the polyester straps using lukewarm water and a very mild detergent, then rinse and air dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These sandals require no special setup; they are designed for an immediate slip-on-and-go experience. To ensure the longest lifespan for your sandals, follow these care guidelines:

Routine Cleaning: Wipe the sandals down with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove dust, sand, or debris.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or aggressive scouring pads, as these can damage the polyester straps and the foam surface.
Storage: Keep them out of direct, prolonged sunlight when not in use to prevent material fading or potential warping of the foam.
Drying: If the sandals get wet, allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators or hair dryers.
