FAQs
Are these sandals waterproof?
Yes, they are designed with non-slip materials and synthetic straps, making them suitable for poolside use and damp conditions.
How do I determine the correct size?
These sandals use standard UK sizing. We recommend checking your current comfortable shoe size or consulting a size chart for accurate conversion.
Can I wear these for long walks?
Yes, the soft foam sole is specifically designed for comfort, making them suitable for extended walking in casual environments.
Are the straps adjustable?
The straps are made of high-quality tubular material with a fixed design, but the elastic back strap provides a natural, flexible fit for different foot shapes.
How should I store them when not in use?
Keep them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent material degradation.
Troubleshooting
Strap feels too tight around the heel
Ensure the sandal is properly aligned; the elastic strap should rest naturally at the base of your heel. If discomfort persists, check your UK size selection for a better fit.
Slippery sole sensation
Wipe the outsole with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated dust or oils that may have built up during wear.
Material showing signs of wear
Though the materials are durable, avoid walking on rough or sharp terrain which can scratch the sole finish. Clean regularly to maintain material elasticity.
Pros and Cons

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Havaianas Una Acai sandals stay in prime condition, follow these simple guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure the elastic back strap sits comfortably against your heel without excessive tension or looseness.
- Cleaning: Hand wash the sandals using a soft cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that could degrade the foam or strap materials.
- Drying: Air dry the sandals in a shaded area. Prolonged direct exposure to intense sunlight can cause the colors to fade and the foam to become brittle over time.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources or heavy objects that could crush the foam sole.
