FAQs

How do I assemble the storage cubes?

The cubes are designed for simple setup. Just unfold the box to its cube shape. The base should lay flat, and the sides will naturally firm up. No tools are required.

What are the dimensions of the storage cubes?

These are cube-shaped storage solutions designed to fit standard shelving units. For specific dimensions, please refer to the product packaging or the retailer's detailed product listing.

Can these cubes be used for storing food items?

While you can store dry food items like pasta or snacks, the fabric is not food-grade or airtight. It's best to use them in conjunction with sealed containers for food storage to maintain freshness and hygiene.

Are these storage cubes waterproof?

No, the storage cubes are made of fabric and are not waterproof. Avoid exposing them to moisture or storing items that could leak.

How should I clean the storage cubes?

Clean the cubes by wiping them with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the fabric. Ensure they are dry before folding or storing.

Can I wash the storage cubes in a washing machine?

No, the storage cubes are not machine washable. Cleaning should be done by hand with a damp cloth.

What is the weight capacity of each cube?

The cubes are designed for general household organization and are made from reinforced fabric. While durable for everyday items like clothes and toys, they are not designed for extremely heavy loads. Avoid overfilling to maintain their shape and longevity.

Troubleshooting

Box does not hold its shape

Ensure the base of the box is fully unfolded and flat. If the sides are still soft, gently push them outwards to help them firm up.

Fabric has a stain

Gently wipe the stained area with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and water solution, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.

Handles feel loose

Check if the fabric around the handles is reinforced. If they appear to be detaching, contact customer support as this may indicate a manufacturing defect.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The OHS Bow Print Storage Cubes are designed for immediate use. To set up, simply unfold the box to its intended cube shape. Ensure the base is flat and the sides are firm before filling.

Compatibility: These cubes are designed to fit standard cube shelving units, under-bed spaces, and most closet shelves. They are suitable for storing dry goods, clothing, toys, linens, and general household items. They are *not* designed for storing liquids or extremely heavy, sharp, or abrasive materials that could damage the fabric.

Care: To clean, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the interior and exterior surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. If the box becomes wet, allow it to air dry completely before folding or storing to prevent mildew.
