Troubleshooting
Box does not hold its shape
Ensure the base is fully unfolded and flat. Check that the sides are properly extended.
Handles feel loose
The handles are reinforced fabric. For safety, avoid overfilling the box to prevent excessive strain on the handles. Ensure items are distributed evenly.
Fabric has a slight crease from shipping
This is normal due to the foldable design. The box will naturally smooth out with use, or you can gently press the creases out with your hand.
Unable to fold the box flat
Ensure there are no items inside the box and that all internal seams are fully aligned. Gently push the sides inwards.
