Check for debris or fabric caught in the teeth. Gently clean the zipper track with a soft brush and ensure no internal lining is trapped.
To keep the jacket in top condition, always shake off excess mud or water before storing it in a dry, well-ventilated area. When cleaning, machine wash on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals or fabric softeners, as these can strip the waterproof coating. The jacket is designed to be worn over standard t-shirts or light sweaters. To maintain the waterproof properties, avoid exposing the jacket to high-heat drying, as air drying is recommended to protect the integrity of the taped seams.
