FAQs

Is the Rains Wash Bag Small machine washable?

No, it is recommended to clean the bag by wiping it with a damp cloth to protect the waterproof coating.

Will this bag leak if a shampoo bottle inside breaks?

The waterproof fabric and coated zip provide a strong barrier, but because the bag is not hermetically sealed at the seams, it is best to place any loose liquids in a secondary sealed bag for maximum security.

What are the exact dimensions?

The bag measures 13 cm in height, 21 cm in length, and 11 cm in depth.

Is the material heavy?

No, it is very lightweight, weighing only 160g.

Does it have any inside pockets?

The Wash Bag Small features a single main compartment design without internal dividers to maximize storage flexibility.

Is this suitable for both men and women?

Yes, it is designed as a unisex product.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels stiff or hard to pull

Ensure the zipper path is clear of lint or fabric remnants. Occasionally, you can lightly lubricate the track with a silicone-based zipper lubricant.

Exterior surface looks dull

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and let air dry to restore the smooth finish of the waterproof material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your Rains Wash Bag in top condition, follow these simple care guidelines. The bag does not require complex setup; simply unzip the main compartment to pack your items. For cleaning, wipe the exterior with a damp, clean cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial washing machines, as these may damage the specialized waterproof coating. Store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. While the material is highly water-resistant, ensure the zipper is fully closed to maintain the integrity of the seal.
