Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your silk tie, always untie the knot at the end of the day; leaving it knotted can cause permanent creasing in the fibers. Store the tie by rolling it loosely or hanging it on a dedicated tie rack to allow the material to recover its natural drape. If you notice minor wrinkles, use a garment steamer on a very low setting, keeping it several inches away from the fabric. Never iron the silk directly as this can flatten the textured finish. Because it is a delicate silk garment, professional dry cleaning is recommended should the tie become soiled.
