The Saucony Progrid Guide 7 is a versatile unisex trainer designed for adults who value a blend of 2000s retro aesthetics and reliable performance. It offers a lightweight construction with breathable materials that ensure long-lasting comfort, making it an excellent choice for daily wear; however, users should note that as a heritage-inspired model, it leans more towards casual and lifestyle activity than high-intensity competitive racing.

Yes, it typically fits standard UK sizing requirements for adult unisex trainers.
While they are built on running DNA, they are best suited for daily wear and light exercise rather than long-distance professional racing.
It is recommended to hand clean with a damp cloth to preserve the structural integrity of the materials and adhesives.
The design includes foundational support based on traditional running ergonomics to provide comfort for various foot shapes.
The standard construction provides a moderate width; however, fit preference is subjective and depends on individual foot structure.
Gently spot clean with a mixture of water and mild soap using a soft brush, then air dry.
While the outsole is durable, ensure the treads are free from debris or mud to maintain maximum contact with the ground.
To ensure the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK sizing, as the Progrid Guide 7 follows traditional athletic sizing conventions. Because the uppers are made from breathable, textile-based materials, avoid submerging them in water. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt or a damp, lukewarm cloth to spot-clean any surface stains. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a shaded area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which could degrade the rubber components or warp the structural materials.
